I started reading The Silent patient by Alex Michaelides yesterday after seeing many recommendations for it on some of the Facebook groups, I am a member of. I trust their recommendations completely but I am always worried that I will not like it and feel I am missing something. I have always been worried when lots of people like something and I have a fear of being disappointed. I am half way through this and so far, so good.
