Daily musings of a book addict Saturday 16th September 2020. 12:37

On Thursday I had an unexpected visit to the British Library with friends. London was eerily quiet. A lot of the library was closed off but we were lucky enough to see the Libraries treasures, which included the writings of Charlotte Bronte (1816-55) 'Tales' Jane Austin's writing desk and a letter in verse to her brother Frank, a manuscript of Charles Dickens and some handwritten lyrics by The Beatles. All very exciting and worth a visit.

Have a great weekend & Happy reading.

Kirsty
