A PENNY A PAGE - help us give FREE books to Children
FREE books for children. My No1 passion.
Since 7th August 2024, with the help of wonderful volunteers from The Book Club, Beeston and the generosity of local people, The Book Place has given away 700+ books. From a market stall and pop-up shop in The Beeston Social. It is now ready for the next phase.
I am asking for your help, please. A PENNY A PAGE. I want to open a community, destination bookshop on the outskirts of Nottingham. It will be a not for profit bookshop, giving away children's books.
If you would be so very kind and I know things are more difficult at the moment but if you can help we would be most grateful. I do hope you can help.
I ask that you grab the latest book you are reading or have read or a magazine or a newspaper and donate
